Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. A booking can be cancelled by the user through the EGT website. Alternatively, the user may also contact the customer care and request a cancellation.
2. In case of cancellations >48 hours of pickup time, 50% will be refunded to the user. No refund after the trip is started.
The refund will be credited to the actual mode of payment in 5-7 days.
3. For cancellations made <48 hours of pickup time, no refund will be given.
4. In case a user fails to show up for his reservation the booking shall be treated as a No Show and no refund will be given.
5. In case a ride is cancelled due to inability to produce a valid license during ride pickup, no refund will be given.
6. If a user with blocked/blacklisted license makes a booking, the ride would be cancelled and no refund will be given.
7. Any coupon code, applicable once per user, applied to this cancelled booking shall be treated as utilized and shall not be reactivated.
